OMRI.’s record label 'Collecting Dots’ logo merged with the rawness of Veragua. A heavy piece of jewelry, unisex, handmade from start to finish in solid .925 sterling silver (20mm x 20mm square face). 

The design of this ring was born on a random night in Mexico City. Walked into this amazing venue and there was OMRI., doing his magic, whom I’d never had the pleasure of listening to before. The guy was bouncing behind the decks, completely in control of the crowd, killing it. 

The next thing I noticed was a couple of rings on his hands. I looked down at my own and thought, ‘damn, some of these would look amazing on this guy’. 

Long story short, we ended up meeting that night. Turns out he’s an incredibly nice guy. I invited him over to my place, I had some friends over, and we ended up hanging out for a while. Before he left, I gave him a couple of rings from my personal collection.

About a year later, we reunited in Mexico City. OMRI. was still wearing my rings, which, as a jeweler, is probably one of the best compliments I can get. Somewhere in that conversation, the idea of making something together came up.

And that’s how the Dot Ring was born. Our first collaboration, hopefully the first of many.
