This website is operated by Veragua CR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Veragua CR. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you may not access the website or use any service.

Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page; it is your responsibility to check periodically. Your continued use of the site following any change constitutes acceptance of that change. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Products & Materials

Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are subject to return or exchange only in line with our Returns & Refunds policy below. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations.

Gold — 14K & 18K

14K gold has a slightly softer / lighter tone than 18K gold. Product photos only show the 18K version. For a detailed comparison of the two karats and how they differ in tone, durability and care, please see our blog.

Diamonds

All diamonds used in a piece are lab-grown unless otherwise specified. Natural diamonds can be quoted upon request.

Color & display accuracy

Because every screen renders color differently, the finished piece may vary slightly in tone from the images shown online. This is normal for fine jewelry and is not considered a defect.

Pricing & Changes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Orders & Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account information — including email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates — so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped within the next 7 to 10 business days. For international orders, different taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs policy.

Any duties, import taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
